Employee Engagement – How are we innovating our approaches?


Employee engagement is the art and science of engaging people in authentic and recognized connections to strategy, roles, performance, organization, community, relationship, customers, development, energy, and happiness to leverage, sustain, and transform work into results.”- David Zinger.

What are other members of the myHRcommunity doing to innovate within the Employee Engagement space? With engagement being a hot topic this year in HR, it’s time for our members to share their issues, insights and most importantly, innovations into Employee Engagement!


We are encouraging members to share any innovative ways in which they have approached engagement within their workplace, or to fill out our short survey to let us know their insights into Employee Engagement.



Why should you take part?

You’ll have the chance to share your engagement challenges anonymously with the rest of the HR community, as well as experience other member’s common challenges. You will be able to see how other members within the community are tackling engagement using innovative approaches which you can use in your own company. We will collate results and findings into a blog, and then later a white paper, which we will be sharing with our members.
