I act as a consultant to executives and partner with key stakeholders with a focus on Organisational Design, Change and Talent Development linked to business strategy.
I have extensive global experience in Learning & Talent Development Strategy, Change Management, Organisational Design, Business Development, Client Experience and HR Business Partnering.
I have a Masters in Strategic HR Management, I’m a qualified Professional Business Coach and an NLP Master Practitioner. I'm also obsessed with skiing and getting outdoors!
